FESTELLA FESTIVAL

NUTELLA ICE CREAM (6 pieces)

 

Ingredients

70 gr Nutella

140 ml Milk

 

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

2. Pour the mixture into ice cream forms

3. Put into the refrigerator for about an hour

 

and ENJOY!

 

NUTELLA TRUFFLES (20 pieces)

 

Ingredients

1 pack of Tea Biscuits (200 gr)

 

400 gr Nutella

100 ml Milk Cream

Decoration =>  you can use: Sprinkles, Cacao, Almonds, Hazelnuts and anything else you wish!

 

1. We mix the biscuits in a mixer very good

2. Add the Nutella and milk cream to the bowl of smashed biscuits

3. Mix/Mold all the ingredients well in the bowl

4. Roll them into the decoration you wish

 

                                                                                        TIP 1: Put in the fridge for about an hour to get stiffer and then their ready to eat!

                                                                                        TIP 2: You can add some cognac to the mixture to make them even nicer!

NUTELLA MUFFIN (4 pieces)

 

 

Ingredients

200 gr Nutella

70 gr Flour

2 Eggs

 

 

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F / Gas 4

2. Line a muffin tin with paper cases

3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

4. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases

5. Roast some almonds at 180C/ 350F / Gas 4 for 20 min

6. Chop the almonds into pieces and sprinkle above the  

    mixture you just spooned in the paper cases

7Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until risen, golden and firm

                                                                                             to the touch (depends per oven)

                                                                                        8. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
